I love that this site has Trade Assurance which I feel keeps the quality of items at a great level and the suppliers are also kept accountable for the products they are selling to customers visiting this website. I have had only a couple of suppliers who weren't very helpful or didn't seem to want to do business with me but I thanked them and moved onto another supplier.
I have had great service from 96% of suppliers and have been very happy with the products that I have ordered for my small business.

When I first used the international deliver app, the interactive experience of the program was very good. Let me quickly find the product I like and place the order smoothly. Although I haven't received the product for two weeks due to the impact of COVID-19, I am very satisfied with the timely follow-up and processing by the staff. Finally, a small suggestion, the generated work order page hopes to have a direct entry in the personal page, because the current work order entry method is a bit cumbersome.
At first I had accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe and was very frustrated that since they had already been approved by the seller I could not cancel the order. I had an amazing experience with someone in customer service where she offered a full refund in international deliver credit but because there was a damaged product I was able to cancel on of the pairs of the shoes. I love my second pair and am so glad it all worked out
